Saturday Jan 7

Senior Cadet Fiesta

Time: 1000-1600

Dress: Civvies  – bring your C-1 uniform as there will be an inspection

Notes: All level 5 cadets are urged to attend this setup day for the second half of the training year.  Bring a lunch along with you, as well as note taking items such as pen and paper.

Monday Jan 9

DND Flying Exam

Time: 1900-2100

Dress: Civvies

Notes: Be prepared with the flight calculator, pencil, and other materials for the exam.

Scholarship Pre-Board Briefing

Time: 1900-2100
Location: Vecova
Dress: Civvies
Officer In Charge: Capt Hisey and Ms. Fisher

Notes: For all of the cadets applying for a scholarship this year (includes International Cadet Exchange, Power Flying Scholarship, Glider Flying Scholarship, Aircraft Maintenance, Airport Operations, and Advanced Aerospace).  This also is a good briefing for the parents of these cadets, as well as the various volunteers who are assisting us through the pre-boards on Monday nights.

For those cadets looking to apply for the following courses Aircraft Maintenance, Airport Operations, Advanced Aerospace, Glider Pilot Course, Power Pilot Course, and/or International Air Cadet Exchange; attached is the process and documentation that must be provided no later than the first week back in January (Jan 4 2017) in order for the officers and Sponsoring Committee to complete the documentation for the due date.  Please ask Capt Hisey if you have any questions.
