Location: Parade Square
Notes: Bring your instruments and music, all band cadets must attend.
– Cadets interested in honour band, auditions will be the first Monday back (January 4), at Vecova. Cadets auditioning for honour band must wear C1 on January 4.
Effective Speaking
Time: 1900 – 2100 (7:00 – 9:00)
Location: Classroom 1
Notes: Bring a notebook to take notes
Ground School
Time: 18:00 – 2130 (6:00 – 9:30)
Location: Board Room
Notes: Bring a notebook to take notes, if cadets cannot make it this week, they should be studying over the winter break.
Supply will not be open until the new year, if cadets have parts to exchange, it must be done in the new year.
Wednesday 16 December
This is the Mess Dinner Night for cadets who paid the $10 deposit.
Time: 1800-2100 (6:00 – 9:00)
Location: Chapelhow Legion 606 38 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 8J9
Dress:
AC-FCpl: C1 (tunic, BLUE dress shirt, tie, medals) or C8 (tunic, WHITE dress shirt, BLACK bow tie, medals)
Sgt +: C1 (tunic, BLUE dress shirt, tie, medals) or C8 (tunic, WHITE dress shirt, BLACK bow tie, medals)
New Cadets: Dress pants, collared shirt, dress shoes
Notes:
- Male cadets must have hair up to standard (hair cannot be touching the ears, should not fall past the eye brows, should not be touching the collar.)
- Female cadets must have hair up to standard (Gelled or hair sprayed, if hair is long enough it must be in a bun)
- Cadets don’t need to bring their wedges, or wear their name tags.
- Cadets don’t need to eat before coming, dinner will be provided.
- Parents will pick up cadets not later than 2115 (9:15)
