From the Lieutenant Governor of Alberta

Dear Cadets,

Lieutenant Governor Lois Mitchell is pleased to share a new video designed to help cadets across Alberta (of all ages) to prepare their submissions for the SPIRIT of Victory speech contest.  The video can be viewed at https://youtu.be/cBJ9ZD1uUjI.

This contest marks the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe and is an opportunity for young Albertans to learn about this milestone in our history. The contest prizes include a first prize of $1,000, a second prize of $500 and a third prize of $250. Students can find all the details at https://www.historyandheroes.ca/spirit-of-victory.
