Duty Flight

  • At the end of every parade night the duty flight is to complete the tasks given to them by the Duty F/Sgt.
  • Once the tasks are complete you have to report back to the Duty F/Sgt on the parade square and he/she will dismiss you after they know that your task has been completed correctly.
  • Duty F/Sgt needs to know what has to be done (tasks posted on the wall by the office)

Note:

  • All Cadets MUST have pen and paper for their classes!
  • Everyone should be at cadets by 1815 (6:15 pm) and parade will be starting by 1825 (6:25 pm)
  • Everyone MUST be in the proper uniform and cadets that do not show up in uniform at all will no longer be tolerated!
  • Marking sheets must be done by the end of opening parade and put into the West Jet folder
  • If you need anything from supply or if anything is short you MUST see Sgt Colliss ASAP
  • Keep working on your uniforms.
    Badges must be sewn on correctly by the mid February, this includes correct colored thread, proper placement and sewn on entirely
  • Phone outs must be done by SUNDAY NIGHT. If you do not receive a call, use the chain of command to find out what the announcements are for this week.ul>

 WARNING ORDER: SCHOLARSHIP BOARDS

  1. SITUATION
    The Air Cadet League will hold Scholarship Boards at Red Deer, AB on Saturday, 16 Feb 13.
  2. MISSION
    This is Optional Training that chosen candidates shall participate in to vie for summer training opportunities.
  3. ADMINISTRATIVE INSTRUCTIONS
    Cadets shall meet via own means at Vecova (back entrance) NLT 0745 on Saturday, 16 Feb 13 for transport to Lindsay Thurber High School located at 4204 – 58 Street, Red Deer, AB.

    1. Dress:
      1. Dress for travel shall be appropriate civilian attire. All cadets are expected to have their full C-2 uniform (no lanyards, medals, Glens, gloves, etc) packed and ready to be changed into upon arrival in Red Deer.
      2. Dress for uniform staff shall be No. 3A (sweater optional). Civilian staff appropriate civilian attire.
  4. COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS 
    1. All participants shall rendezvous at the designated venue NLT 0745 hrs on the Saturday, 16 Feb 2013 where transport will be supplied and will depart NLT 0830 hrs.
    2. Return transport will arrive back at Vecova at approximately 1700 hrs for pick up.
    3. Parents should arrive NLT 1700 hrs at Vecova to pick up their cadets.
    4. If cell phones, MP3 players, etc are brought, they are at the risk and responsibility of the cadet.  781 RCACS will not be fiscally responsible for any lost items.  The following are prohibited items:
      1. Knives, lighters, non-prescription drugs
      2. Smoking paraphernalia
  5. COMMAND AND SIGNALS
