We are now working on the stampede Parent volunteer list for Cadets PR Tent.

The timings are as follows:

If you are interested in volunteering, please send the following information to Anna and Brian Lewis at bandalewis@shaw.ca.

A list of volunteers will be kept, and as soon as we know what the procedure will be for getting the volunteers into the grounds, we shall let you know.

Information regarding Cadets volunteering to work in the tent will come from the DND officer in charge and will be sent to the squadrons.

AGM Meeting – May 15, 2013

We are holding our Annual General Meeting this Wednesday evening ( May 15th) in the Vecova boardroom at 6:30pm.
We are looking for a Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary for the next training year.

As well as we are collecting bottles for our mystery shopper program. We would like between 1200 – 1500 bottles dropped off on this Wednesday and next Wednesday to cover this. Please see the announcement here.

**Everyone must try and make it and if you can not make it, you must call into the squadron as you do on a Wednesday night.

Note that the dress has been changed to summer dress. This includes:

  • Dark blue T-shirt with tunic

Note:

  • Sign up for the Spring FTX (May 17-19)
  • ALL Cadets MUST have pen and paper for their classes!
  • Everyone should be at cadets by 1815 (6:15 pm) and parade will be starting by 1825 (6:25 pm)
  • Keep working on your uniforms.
    **Badges must be sewn on correctly! This includes correct colored thread, proper placement and sewn on entirely.
