WARNING ORDER- 781 MESS DINNER

1. SITUATION

781 RCACS cadets are allowed to participate in a mess dinner as part of the extra-curricular events held by the Squadron.

2. MISSION

The cadets are to be given the opportunity to attend a Mess dinner as guided by unit staff and senior cadets. This activity will occur on 18 December 2013.

3. COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS

Cadets must arrive at the Mewata Armouries 801 11 St SW NLT (no later than) 1800. Dinner will start at 1815 sharp.
Male cadets will wear C1 or C8. For male cadets without a uniform, you must wear a shirt, dress pant, and a tie. NO jeans will be permitted in the dining hall. Female cadets must wear a dress or skirt. The Skirt must be longer than your fingers when your arms are by your side. The dress must also have a strap that goes over your shoulder.
Dinner will end at 2100. Parents are expected to pick up their cadets from the armouries NLT than 2130.

Ground School

Location: Seminar Room
Timing: 1830-2130

Mil Band Practice

Location: Parade Square
Timing: 1900-2100

Flag Party Meeting

Location: Parade Square
Timing: 1900-2000

All returning cadets (not new recruits) interested in joining flag party are to meet on the parade square this Monday for a preliminary meeting. Dress will be civilian attire.
The Flag Party is a special flight within the squadron tasked with carrying and presenting the flags on parade. The Flag Party executes different drill and ceremonial procedure patterns, therefore a thorough understanding and execution of basic drill is a must. In addition, two cadets will also be selected as guards and will bear rifles on parade.

Female Hair Workshop

Timing: 1805-1830
Location: Outside the female bathroom (the one closest to the parade square)

All females are required to attend this workshop, including non-uniformed females. SR. NCO females are requested to help with the workshop.

- Hairnet (especially important)
- Hair elastic
- Comb/brush

AC- F/Cpl: C3 (Turtleneck + Tunic+ 1812 Pin) + Cadet issued parka
Sgt-WO2: C2 + Cadet issued parka

Notes:

(URGENT) Please remember to bring in your summer camp forms and the refundable $10 mess dinner deposit on Wednesday!
Please note that winter dress is in effect. All cadets MUST wear the cadet issued parka (zipped all the way up). If you do not have a parka or one that does not fit, please wear a winter jacket.
Uniform Return Incentive: Any cadets who have spare uniform parts and return them to the squadron will be granted points. The top three cadets will be presented with gift cards. Each uniform part is worth one point, boots are worth two. Please do not return PT gear or wool socks.
